Tässe ne nyt on, ensimmäiset repettoni! Kyseessä on siis repetton Gisèlet turkoosina. Nämä pääsevät siis käyttöön ensi kesänä hääkengikseni, ja varmasti sen jälkeenkin niille tulee olemaan paljon käyttöä. Turkoosi on lempivärini joten päätös oli aika helppo. Ensin ehkä vähän vierastin tuota kiiltopintaa mutta totesin että eiköhän kunnon juhlissa saa vähän bling-blingiä olla ;) Myös 40 prosentin alennus auttoi asiassa, onneksi joskus kyllä tekee hyviä löytöjä!
Oletteko muuten huomanneet saman kuin minä, että matalakorkoisia mutta nättejä korkkareita on tosi vaikea löytää? Itselläni on siis polviongelmia, joten en voi käyttää korkokenkiä ainakaan koko päivää, mutten toisaalta myöskään aivan täysin korottomia ballerinoja. Varsinkin juhlakenkien löytäminen on välillä tosi hankalaa, vielä kun toivoisin kenkien vielä olevan ok oloissa tuotetut.
Hei Pariisissa on tänään mahtava ilma joten suuntaan ulos - hyvää lauantaita kamut!
Here they are, my first repettos! They're the Gisèle model in Shangaï Green. Metallic. So these will be my wedding shoes next summer, and I'm sure they'll get tons of wear after that too. Turquoise is my favourite color so it's not a surprise for anybody that there'll also be a lot of turquoise at the wedding. I kind of hesitated first with the shiny coating but then decided that there's always room for some bling bling at the party ;) Also, -40 pour cent price tag somewhat helped the decision!
Have you noticed the same thing that I have : it's really hard to find nice looking shoes with low heel? I have some problems with my knees so I can't wear high heels, nor sompletely flat shoes. Especially party shoes are hard to find, also as I also want to know in which conditions the shoes are made.

Pidemmän aikaa kirjoittelin kerran viikossa eri ekologisen muodin edelläkävijöistä. Koska aihe on lähellä sydäntäni aion edelleenkin jatkaa sarjaa mutta vähän rauhallisempaan tahtiin, lähinnä fiiliksen mukaan jos jotain kivaa sattuu löytymään, kuten nyt.
Monilla nettikaupoilla alkaa olemaan ekomuodin osastoja (Asos Green Room jne.) itseltäni on kuitenkin mennyt aivan ohi Urban Outfittersin omat merkit Urban Renewal ja Urban Remade, joita molempia löytyy myös netin puolelta! Tykkään yleisesti tyylistä ja stailaus on kohdillaan, vaikka mitään yksittäistä helmeä en olekaan toistaiseksi onnistunut itselleni bongaamaan.

So, for a long time I wrote a weekly series about ecodesign. As the subject is really close to my heart I'm going to continue but maybe not as often as it took a lot of time and energy (this year, I'm planning to do more DIYs and travels!) So I'm just going to share whenever I'll find anything nice, like these cool looks!
Many net shops carry a selection of eco clothes (Asos Greem Room etc) which is great. But I've somehow managed to miss these Urban Outfitters brands: Urban Renewal and Urban Remade. I like the clean style and the styling is great. Now I'll just have to check their selection every now and then to see if there's something so cool I can't live without!
